06/25/2009 Local 714 Minot, Minnkota Power House just layed
                   off 40 men 40hr calls going unfilled must have state
                   license. Please check with state for on turn around
                   time for license as it is reciprocal.  If you have run out
                   of UI it is a good local to get 40hrs out of.
